Better Late than Never

These are pictures from our 4th of July. I had a case of the hometown blues, we tried to find a parade but no such luck. Tim did find this little town called Grove land they had food stands and live bands we payed 6 for two very small ice cream cones. The road trip alone was worth it. After our small town visit we headed down town to lake Eola to check out the festivities and snag a spot for fire works.

The out side ampa theater in the heart of down town

Our very festive Mountain Dew thanks to (mom and dad)

They handed out 3-D glasses to watch the fire works with...A little over stimulating for me!

The lake has a walk way around the out side about 1.2 miles. It was packed with people they were closing in on us. They shot the fire works off from the side of the lake I would have to say the best we've ever seen!!

Well, you were very festive, saving your Mt. Dew for the 4th! Thanks for the pics. So fun to have been there, well not Groveland and the pricey food stations, but the lake where the fireworks were.
Have a good day.
