Fox Island 2011

This past weekend we took an amazing trip to North Fox Island
We launched our boats from Lake Charlevoix and drove 25 miles by boat to the island

It was a super long trek up there who knew traveling 3 hours with 3 boats and 12 people could take so long

It was such an awesome weekend I am still pooped today but it was totally worth it

This past weekend Sophie and I went up north with Kelly,Issac and Anna to her trailer near pent water. We were out numbered but it was an awesome weekend.

Anna is a baby sea turtle. You set her down and she crawls so fast to get to the water and would go right in if you didn't stop her

Watching Movies with Halle in the car she sat so good with her head phones

We had an awesome 3 bedroom cabin with a porch,hot tub and pool table

I know understand why my mother always held our hands when we were more than 2 feet off the ground I refused to take Sophie on this with out a 5 point harness or tim!!

At the top theres a ski lodge with a skating rink

Sophie feels she is very capable of doing EVERYTHING by herself. She made a huge mess on her and me and it still ended in tears

DOLLY WOOD!!
Ok Dolly wood was actually really legit I had no idea what it was going to be like but I was very impressed. It was way more enjoyable than Disney, granted I'm not 5and obsessed with princesses I love rides. We rode some really awesome rides and the lines were 10 min. if that Awesome!!!

The next day we took sophie to the doctor shes been under the weather all week she had an upper respitory infection, broncitus and a really red ear.

we were playing cards last night with our friends Joe and Susan and we moved the peeps on the chair so we could play a mad game of war and forgot about them.... Sophie had no trouble finding them with in minutes of waking up

Don't worry I didn't let her eat them there were major tears when she realized she wasn't getting them back

We have Spring Fever!! Sophie and I have been getting out side as much a possible we usually go in because I am cold! Sophie cries what a nut I am so excited for summer

We were able to bust out the bike carrier luckily it has a plastic cover to block the wind

Our fridge took a crap Sunday morning all the ice melted over night and was in the middle of our kitchen not a super fun way to start our day, but its already replaced with almost an identical one just newer!!

I'm 6 months Today!! Well not today but Sunday she turned 6 months we had our doctors appointment and shes doing great here is a little comparison of how far we have come in 6 months we even have a little tooth sticking 0ut and its very sharp
